I also wanted to say how exceptional we found your guys when on site. The digger driver was so helpful giving us advice on what to do landscaping wise, and the guy who was working with him on the last day even replanted one of our plants for us. Had my hot water cylinder start leaking and called up for a quote to get it fixed. Plumber came around later that day (on a Saturday) to assess and booked the job in for the following week. They gave me several options of what I could replace it with and told me the benefits/drawbacks of each option. The workmanship was tidy and they were very knowledgeable about the solar system I had. They even arranged for the electrician to come and wire it up. All in all they made this stressful time a lot easier for me with great communication and prompt work.
I have used DownUnderPlumbing on numerous plumbing and drainage projects since in arriving in New Zealand 10 years ago . Over this period I have found the service and quality of the workmanship to be of the highest standard. I have recently had them install a central heating system to our home renovation in Taupo . The warmth from the radiators has transformed our home and the running cost of the diesel boiler has been a pleasant surprise.
